Working with our wedding catering team is easy
Share your vision
As your wedding caterer, we spend the time upfront to understand your vision. What is your theme? Will your wedding be formal or casual? Do you need to accommodate dietary restrictions? Do you want rental items? Do you prefer plated service or a buffet?
We send you a proposal
Once you've decided on a menu for your rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or wedding breakfast, we send you a detailed wedding catering proposal for your review. Once we receive a signed copy, we get to work.
Sit back and enjoy
Your dedicated wedding account manager will take care of all the details to make sure that your wedding food is perfect. On the big day, all you will have to do is enjoy the delicious food you are sharing with your friends and family.
SCHEDULE A WEDDING MENU TASTING
Choosing food for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or wedding brunch is a serious business and a wedding menu tasting can be extremely helpful. Once you have worked with us on initial menu options, it's time to schedule a menu tasting.

Wedding catering tastings are offered Tuesday through Friday, 11 am - 2 pm. They are $200 for up to 4 guests, and we taste the majority of your proposed menu.

We do not offer tastings during the following months: June, August, December.

On Safari Foods is a full-service wedding catering company which means we can provide as little or as much help as needed. In addition to offering custom menus, professional event planners, and over 25 years of wedding catering experience, we also offer couples the opportunity to choose from a variety of full-service wedding extras including:

“Day of” wedding coordination: If you don't have a wedding planner and need some extra help, our talented staff has years of experience with weddings and large event on-site management, with groups ranging from 60 – 600 people.

Full event set-up: We provide pre-event set up of decor, tables, and centerpieces.

Event Planning: We can work with you to plan your entire wedding - from finding the perfect venue to making sure that every aspect of your wedding is executed perfectly,
