Holiday Lunch Buffets

Option #1 (Create your own)

Chicken is layered with prosciutto, fontina, and sage, and served with San Marzano marinara and creamy polenta

Coq au vin
This classic French dish is perfect for any occasion, chicken is braised and simmered in red wine, with thyme, mushrooms, bacon and Cipollini onions, served with rice or mashed potatoes

Boeuf Bourguignon
The “ne plus ultra” of French stews, where beef is slowly braised in red wine with mushrooms and onions, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes

Fennel-crusted pork loin
Served with red wine infused French lentils

Salmon and spinach cannelloni
With béchamel sauce

Acorn squash, zucchini or bell peppers are filled with lentils and roasted vegetables
