All of our ingredients are the finest and freshest and everything is made from scratch, unless otherwise noted. We use organic foods and hormone and antibiotic free meats whenever possible. Light lunches to WOW the crowd
These plattered lunches are for a minimum of 8 people and are designed to be shared around the table. We believe this encourages interaction and is more environmentally sensitive with less waste. All of our salads are served with meat on the side so vegetarians can enjoy any of these choices. On Safari cookies are hand-crafted and include a wonderful assortment.
