Come one, come all! Located in the Omeros Building at 201 Elliott W, Cafe Artemis – the newest addition to the On Safari Foods family – will serve hungry Seattleites a varied selection of gourmet breakfast, lunch, and Herkimer espresso.

Two patties formed around cheddar and grilled, toppedwith charred green garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, ramps, and bib lettuce

Salmon on a bed of iceberg lettuce, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese, spring onions, shaved asparagus, heirloom tomatoes

Choice of grass fed beef, turkey, or vegan patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle, served on a Macrina brioche bun with house aioli
