Consumers across the U.S. are seeing rising prices in all aisles of the grocery store, and when they dine out. This is largely due to a number of factors including: drought, disease, and even cartel influence; and while some of these increases may only last a few months, others may have lasting effects into next year and beyond.
BonAppetit.com has put together a list of some of the most affected foods, why their prices are going up, and some suggestions for cheaper alternatives. All good things to consider on your next trip to the grocery store or out for a nice meal.
As always, we will work to keep prices down or find great alternatives to keep our menus fresh and tasty!
